The Beacon Community Bank location on East Bay Street is a great place for all of your banking needs. I like the level of customer service and personal attention that they give everyone that is not always present in other banks. I have had a good experience every time I have been here and have been impressed with their overall quality in all that they do from every day transactions to more complex matters.

Victor Cruz and the whole Beacon team are so genuine and charismatic! You can tell they actually care about their account holders and you never just feel like another number in the crowd. Also their East Bay branch is so modern and clean. Feels almost like an art gallery. My wife and I will definitely be using Beacon for all our financial needs.

Great local service. I feel like family everytime I stop by. Honestly feels like my business is appreciated in this bank. I'm not just a number, of a faceless person like with the big banks. Im a member of the community working together with a local bank that is also apart of the local community. So glad I transferred all of my business to this bank.
