Always excellent service. Great local wine and wines from abroad. Food is amazing. The market offers hard to find items and fresh local products
Very nice place to enjoy an afternoon outside. Looks like over the years they have started to sell less of their own wine and more of wine they find elsewhere. I would like to see more of their own wine available for tasting. The pizza is great but the oven needs to be clean as the bottom was covered in black soot. They have done a nice job with social distancing protocols and also have created a local market where you can buy local pantry staples and produce. Would go back.
This was the first time we went to the Rusty Grape for brunch and had the worst customer service ever. We have been going here for a long time and have always had great service and food, but the last couple of times it has been going down hill and not due to COVID-19! I had made reservations and I wasn’t on there list, asked for gluten free which was an option on the menu but the waitress had to ask three times and we were all getting the same thing. To top it all off it took 45 minutes to get waffles and they didn’t come out all at the same time, we were still waiting for the other two. This was really disappointing and just wanted to enjoy some brunch with my family.
Jeremy and Heather are the BEST. This is a staple place for us to go to. I love the ambiance, the wood fired pizza and the great customer interaction that they give. One of our favorite spots!
Couldn't have asked for a better brunch spot on Sunday. Service was spot on, food was delicious. Will be back. Unfortunately, we witnessed another patron being rude to one of the servers and wanted to commend the server for how she handled the situation.
