The level of customer service is absolutely outstanding. My wife stopped in to grab me a bottle of Tom Ford. She was greeted by a very pleasant staff and received excellent service. Following that, she received a card from Barry with a very personalized message and thanking her for her purchase. We will definitely be back to purchase more in the future!
Instead of them asking if you need help, they follow and watch you from a distance like you’re going to steal. I felt extremely uncomfortable. My LV purse is so small it will only hold my phone and a little cash.nI order a lot online but decided to see what they had in store. Never again. Close the store.
This has been a customer service nightmare!!!!! And they are in no hurry to fix their error! They have charged my bank account for an authorization 2x’s. I will never order from them online again/all you get is a run around.
Barry in cosmetics is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I am in the Tulsa area in need of makeup/skincare products, I will definitely go see Barry at Saks.
