They seemed to discriminate against me cause Im a white male. I got a bad/weird attitude from them the second I walked in. The girl working the register wouldn’t ring me up! The guy helped me reluctantly. They didn't like me because Im white, I was the only white guy in the store!!!! Probably 15 people in the store total, me the only “white” guy
I called up there about a refund and they told me all is well and to come up and i showed up drove an hour away from home just for them to say they couldn’t do that after we spoke on the phone trash !
I was in there 7-17-18 at about 2pm. The young man that was working was super friendly and attentive. I was looking for shoes for my husband and he spent all the time I needed to find some. I took some pictures so I could decide. The selection is pretty good!
The guy in there was amazing! So nice and good shoes.
Both the manager and helping employee were too interested in laughing and joking out loud about how “hot” the woman who just left the store was to help myself out with any questions. I won’t blanket everyone that works here with horrible customer service but the bigger African American day manager and kid that was working along side him did not care at all about customer service. When I told them I would leave a review about our experience the manager laughed and said “I’m sure it isn’t the first” and as we left he yelled out “have a wonderful day” as he said that the other worker said “and stay out of here” to which they both thought was hilarious. This place was run so awful. I went down to Foot Locker and bought a pair of shoes. They are both owned by the same parent corporation but I will never give Foot Action my business again because of this experience.
