This place is more then just shoes it's clothes, trinkets and more. The shoe options are better then I've seen in a while.so many to choose from.
The layout was confusing when I first walked in. Men’s, women’s, and children’s shoes all in the same area and no signage. No one approached me or asked if I needed help finding anything, either. The Olukai shoes I bought were the same price as the brand website, and my ASICS were $10 cheaper than web prices. The man who I believe was the manager was very friendly and conversational when it came time to check out. I’m sure they would’ve been helpful if I had asked for anything. I will certainly consider MetroShoe Warehouse in the future.
My wife and I have been coming to Metro Shoe Warehouse in Tulsa since 2019. We have such a positive experience on every visit. They have some of the friendliest, knowledgeable, and most professional associates of any shoe store in the city. Hands down no comparison! Today, we were helped by Jordan who approached my wife and I as we were looking for a shoe in their multiple shoe rack. He greeted us with such a beautiful smile, warm attitude, and treated us as though we'd known him for years. This ladies and gentlemen, is customer service at it's best - Haggle free!nWe were there for 20 minutes, but were made customers for 20 years!
High prices, odd layout, and poorly trained staff. Teenaged clerks followed us around asking over and over if there’s anything they can help us find. By the fourth time I was annoyed and said sure - help me find an 8 in this, and she came back with a 6. Another clerk told me she’d never heard of “mules” and asked if I was I sure that’s a kind of shoe. What??
Crazy (high) prices which explains why they have a ton of employee working. Half of them are either hanging out and gossiping or watching football on the tv. Had to walk over to the register to ask for someone to unlock the changing room.nnWould never shop here if it wasn’t for the gift card that I had...
