We upgraded my wife phone payed 185.90. They said oh your new phone will only cost 200 dollars we are taking 800 off the phone. Well I understand that the first bill would be high due to activation fees but then get my 2nd bill and it’s 300 dollars. It’s should be cheaper because they said we only had to pay 11 dollars a month for the phone. We couldn’t pay it in full and get the 800 off the phone. So they didn’t do something on there in like always screwing up a wet dream and now making us pay a 300 phone bill a month

Everytime i go into this store it is so busy that you can't even talk to a customer service agent for at least an hour other than that the customer service is perfect and store is perfect size and had plenty to choose from.

Well for one we went in to order Apple Watch is the guy was nice polite and very friendly. We asked if we can order them and have them sent a separate addresses he’s like well we have to do separate orders which is fine and said we will receive them within 2 to 3 days the next day I check my order status and it says we will receive them right around October 22, 2020 today is September 11,2020. So that is actually over a month wait so I called the helpline and come to find out there is a buy one get 1/2 off promotion on Apple Watch is which the Sales person Steve is his name good night tell us none of that so I am not a happy camper I will from now on go to Muskogee AT&T store and talk to Ashley which he is a very helpful person when we switched from USA Euler to AT&T and that is who I will continue to go to from now on the McAlester store to me is worthless

This is such a great store. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I am so thankful we had Becky and Deanna to help us through switching our plans. Getting the most of what we could do and upgrading to our new phones. I couldn't be happier. Thanks yall!
