We had lunch here when visiting family in the area and were really pleased with the food and the service that we received. I can't remember our waitress' name was, but she was awesome and we were there on a busy Sunday afternoon. She was on top of our drinks and we really wanted for nothing. She was very helpful with her suggestions and so funny and kind. I got the fried catfish and it was really good. My brother in law got the chicken tenders and he loved them. The red beans and rice were really good, the entire table loved them. My husband got the fish as well and he really liked it. The prices are really good for what you get and the portions are fair. We will definitely be back when we are in the area and would recommend to anyone.
Amazing food!. Absolutely one of the top favorite to eat when I come home for My days off.. I've eaten tons of things on the menu and everything I have tried has been top notch food. So good My 6 year old knows the name of it and constantly ask to go eat at capitan John's. So that alone should answer your question on if you should eat here!.
We had the best service ever from all the staff, but our waitress was on point! Haylie Never let us get close to empty on our drinks, and was on point! The food was really really good steak was excellent! And they were very busy, but handled it like second nature. I highly recommend this place for service and great food!
Long wait for table when called tried to give a booth not table as asked. Then was told it would be another 25 minutes I didn't no it was they fault and I demanded a table. Was seated at a large table immediately. Rest of service was very good food was good but friend was upset about not being seated at first they could not eat their meal. Staff needs a lot of customer service training.
Absolutely amazing! We were seated quickly, all the staff wore masks, and despite our waitress having a full section we never ran out of anything. The waitress was so good we didn't even need to ask for anything either. She already knew.
