Make sure you use rib cribs website when ordering take out. This was my first experience at a rib crib. I ordered pick up. There was some miscommunication with my order which we figured out was due to the Google Menu option which had pics of an old menu. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful with turning my negative experience into a positive one. Ribs fall off the bone.

We dined in. Social distancing observed for seating. Not all patrons wore a mask which we were not happy about. I had the two meat plate....sausage and sliced beef. I did not care for the sausage texture. If you like national brands, you will like it. The flavor is good. The beef was average and a little dry. Now, the sides I had were delicious. I had the smokey beans and potato salad. I give them 5 stars. The best I've had anywhere! My companions had ribs and said they were really good.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!!! THE FOOD WAS AWESOME, IT DID TAKE QUITE A WHILE FOR FOOD TO COME OUT, BUT IT’S UNDERSTANDABLE. I HAD THE PIGMA SANDWICH, AND POURED SOME SPICY BBQ ON MY FRIES AND SANDWICH, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, PLACE WAS ALSO CLEAN. THERE WAS A LOT OF PEOPLE AND I CAN SEE WHY. IF I EVER COME BACK TO MCALESTER I’LL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK! PICTURE DOES NO JUSTICE HONESTLY!

Service, quality, and portions are inconsistent. One of my favorite foods and they have been very good in the past. Lately they have been slacking.

I only gave it a 3 based on one experience. I work at the hospital, and ordered a family pack to help feed the employees in our department that are staying at the hospital because of the weather. We ordered sausage, chopped brisket, Mac n cheese and okra. The toast was burnt black, the Mac and cheese was burnt and dry literally dumped it out it was a ball, never moved from its form in the container. The chopped brisket we ordered was wrong. It was sliced. I've never at a bad experience until now. But if I'm going to pay that much for food it should be fresh and right.
