Made an appointment to get my truck aligned nov 17. After work went to settle up with them. I was told they couldn't align it, because it needed upper and lower ball joints, and tie rods. Gave me a quote of $1200. Told them I'd have to wait. I then ordered the parts and took it to my mechanic. After looking it over my mechanic called and asked why I was having them changed out because they were not bad; 1 ball joint was a little loose and 1 tie rod was almost new. Better get a 2nd opinion if you go here.
