First Off, my wife decided to come visit Sequim for our anniversary and had hoped to find a place to eat that was special- and let me tell you Blondie's Plate blew it out of the water. EVERYTHING was fantastic. The service, the ambiance, the food-  all of it was perfect! Our waitress was super nice and attentive and made us feel at home! Super knowledgeable on any item on the food as well as drink menu we asked about and had great suggestions for us! We started off with some beverages, my wife going for the Moscow Mule and I the Dirty Shirly. Both were so perfectly balanced taste wise and well priced, we'll definitely be getting those again! We ended up choosing the Brussel Sprouts with toasted Pumpkin seeds as well as the Poutine to start things off, SO GOOD! The brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly and had such a satisfying crunch to them, only further made better by the wonderful toasted pumpkin seeds. As for the poutine? Fantastic as well! The fries were just the right amount of crunchy and were very much complimented by the rich brown gravy, perfect cooked bacon and melt cheese curds! I tried to stop eating those appetizers but I couldn't because they were so good! My wife went for the Beef Medallions and my god were they perfect! So flavorful and filling, literally the perfect portion too! I went for the Kobe Beef burger with a wedge salad. Now, I want to say I've tried burgers all across the US as it's one of my favorite things to order but none, and I mean NONE come close to the amazingness of this burger. To say it melts in your mouth still doesn't come close to describing how good it is. Everything from the perfectly fresh and pillowy soft bun to mouth watering kobe beef (and everything in between on it) made this the best burger I've ever had the pleasure of getting to have. This wonderful establishment easily became our favorite tonight, hands down. To try to put this on a rating scale would be impossible. But even so, 11 out of 10, would definitely, emphatically, undoubtedly recommend! Also, shout out to all the staff tonight, every single one of you knocked it out of the park!

We began the night with their caprese with burata. This struck the perfect balance in flavors of the balsamic reduction and basel with delicious tomatoes. The burata was creamy and tasteful. The home made lamb ragù with the home made pasta was amazing. And their seared salmon with Brussel sprouts and potatoes wedges was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing.nnAnd there desserts are sinful and decidant!! We tried all three!!

Oysters were the worst I've tasted in a long time. Tasted my son-in-law's fried chicken and it was the blandest chicken I have tried in a high end restaurant. Beer was good. Only reason I gave it 2 stars.

I absolutely recommend the clambs. The chocolate dessert with their own whipped topping was perfect!
