1 star because appointments cannot be made on Saturdays, only on weekdays, which works great for retired people but not for people who work Monday through Friday. I was also told it would take 45 minutes to add my name to my husband's established account. So that's 45 minutes on top of waiting because an appointment can't be made ahead of time. Inefficient service and a total joke, like most businesses in Sequim!
One of the lady's working at this Branch totally failed to put the amount of money I had ask, out of my check into my account. After I had explained it three times to her. Luckily I checked online before spending all my cash, otherwise I wouldn't have had gas for work this week.
Super helpful friendly staff ... Anthony goes out of his way to make sure all of his clients are taken care of ... I'll keep coming back and recommend to anyone to open an account here...
