We just finished buying our new home and I cannot say enough positive things about the crew at WAFd in Sequim. Cherrie and Korin were amazing. This was the second mortgage we’ve done with Cherrie and we didn’t hesitate to return. We were not the easiest customers but the team at WAFd seemed to have unending patience with us as we changed our minds again and again. We’re going to by a house...no build...no buy! This team was patient, kind and encouraging throughout the process. They made everything as easy as possible. I truly appreciate good customer service and this was GREAT customer service. Cherrie, Korin and the team are such a pleasure to work with! They are altogether friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient as they walk you through the whole process and ensure everything is done in your best interest. I am so happy we chose to go with Wa Fed for our loan and would 100% recommend them for anybody looking for a lender.
We worked with this bank to secure a construction loan which ultimately converted to a home loan once construction was complete. They are fantastic to work with. At the time of securing our loan, they had one of the best rates in the area. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend them based on our experiences.
