Rutherford Regional Hospital

While on vacation we had to bring one of our children to this ER. The ER staff were very nice and helpful. She went through triage, had an x-ray and saw the doctor in about an hour. We were very happy with the care she received here.

Update:nI received two checks in the mail a couple weeks later refunding a majority of the fundsnnI've only had to come here for different tests twice so far. The experience was pleasant and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is prices. Everywhere I have gone for testing so far has been fairly reasonable except here.

Went in for out patient, this hospital is very clean. Staff super nice, answered all my questions. Was in and out in a hour.

They let my mama die when she could've lived had she been transferred sooner and had better care!

This hospital really doesn’t deserve one star. I selected that to show that it is terrible. We sat in the waiting room for 3-1/2 hours before going back to a room. The nurse showed us to the room at 4am, another person came in at 4:33am and said someone was coming in a few minutes. Currently it’s 5:07am and we still haven’t seen a doctor.
