Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The Drs and staff are knowledgeable and nice. The way it is run is unbelievable. making an appointment is crazy. You leave a message and they seem to (maybe) call you back when it suits them. I have been waiting 2 days. They don't seem to understand that they are working for us and we are sick and anxious. Waiting 2 days (or more) just to make a follow up appointment just adds to the stress. A little respect and courtesy shouldn't be too much to ask of our health care. Just go somewhere else, don't get involved with NHRMC.

I called 2 times for an appointment 2 days apart and they did not returnnmy call. This is very unprofessional of the Coastal Pulmonary Center. I feelnthe Doctors are competent: however. they evidently condone this type ofnbehavior. I rate this practice minus 2 if the scale was that low.....

Nightmare to get someone to answer the phone. Could never be a patient of this office. Additionally you will receive random bills in the mail, call the office only to reach no one but perhaps an answering machine. Worse run business in my humble opinion. Your health is worth more than this practice cares about!

I have been Dr. Legere's patient for over 10 years. He's the best Pulmonologist I've ever had.

I've been a patient here for about a year, and I have to say that the nurse Glenn is the best I've ever come across. He's excellent, caring, and a pleasure to be around. Some of the newer faces there aren't as friendly, and that's a shame.
