I had an absolutely wonderful experience! Had spinal cyst aspirated and it worked! Dr. Patel is a magician and is wonderful and kind and talented! Lisa Marie and Eugene in Radiology were just awesome. I even had food and drink waiting for me when it was over! I cannot say enough good things. Lisa Marie was compassionate and caring and EXTREMELY talented with IVs!! My entire visit was so great. Start to finish!

Excellent hospital and amazing personnel! Our 79 y.o. family member has had three surgeries in this hospital in the last couple of years. Two total knee replacements and a total hip replacement. The whole experience from the admission to discharge has been very easy and you can tell they really make an effort to make it pleasant. A special thanks to nurses Kelli and Mike. We can’t name everyone but everybody was highly professional and courteous. We highly recommend this facility.

They were the best. Great nurses upfront people and awesome dr took care of me I hate hospitals but it was super clean and they took care of you. My nurse was awesome thank you so much

Horrible horrible! I was visiting my bf and his family over the holidays came in with pain level 10! I was questioned twice about my symptoms! I sat in the “er waiting area forever before anyone ever took my vitals! After being screened I was asked to undress and wait. After waiting for hours I finally press the call button and notified them that “hello I’m in pain” she stated she would notify the nurse.... after 45 more mins pass I pressed the call button again. 20 mins later a very rude nurse came and said “do u need something” offered ice for my pain and then walked away!!! About 20more mins passed a doctor FINALLY came in looked me over and said she would get meds to help. Ordered a single pill the nurse administered and left. All you hear is gossiping in the background from staff and meaningless chatter! I have worked in the medical field for 16 years and I’ve never seen such unprofessional staff! No consideration for the patient or well being! After no one came back for another 20 mins I called my bf dressed myself and left! Horrible and an all around disrespect to medical practice!

Our family member dislocated her knee today, the emt, ambulance and entire staff we encountered were amazingly kind, respectable, nice, and professional.nWe have multiple visits to hospitals in Virginia, Nevada, California, Michigan, from births to cancer to emergencies, for family, friends and selves. This is one of the very best hospitals we've encountered. Thank you all very much!
