My father received the best care at the short stay clinic. The entire staff made him feel safe and secure. He was treated like family. Special shout outs to Nils, Christa B. and Dr. Heisterkamp. They were amazing and deserve the recognition. We can't thank you enough!

Just wanted to say thank you for the terrific care I received during my stay at Olympic Memorial. I saw my doctor regularly and all of my questions and needs were answered quickly. All of the nursing and assistant staff were all very caring and helpful. I wanted to recognize Nurse Shelby C. She is a very positive person that not only goes through the motions of your care but really makes a connection with you as a person. I appreciate how smart she is and how she made me feel important. Thank you so much.

I have been seeing Dr. Fischer for many years now. He and his team treat me and my family as if we are old friends. I have complete confidence in the care and treatment that I receive. They are consistently professional, fast, and friendly.

Friday morning a family member had a seizure and had never seen one before. After the ambulance came, I followed behind to meet my family member at the hospital. Upon getting there I was not told anything about my family members status, what was happening. AND they told me that I would be able to go back and see them in about 10 minutes. After 45+ minutes the intake nurse gave me a business card to call the emergency room to see if I can go back or get any information. Nothing... After 40+ minutes of my family member asking where I was and what was happening, they told them that I was not able to come back and see them. I understand that this is of the result of protocols to protect against covid. Shame on OMC for their response to the situation. Keep in mind last thing my family member saw was me, then their waking up in the hospital. And the last thing I saw was the unresponsive and them not giving me an explanation. I am DISGUSTED that a hospital could treat a family like that with their ignorant protocols. I could understand better if they had... A tooth ache... But something so serious is ignorant and bullsh!t.

Great service, I was born here. I have a few issues but I don't think it's there fault. 5/5 chairs
