I’ve been coming her for almost a year. From trying to get pregnant to now actually being pregnant. Of all the doctors and nurses I’ve seen, I’ve only been disappointed with one. The medical professionals are caring, considerate, attentive, and amazing. In emergency follow ups or questions they have all been ‘all hands on deck’ and supportive too.nnThis issue I have is the support staff. The front desk, the schedulers, the phone people, etc. I’ve had everything to rude people who yelled at me in the office (even as the person next to them explained they were wrong, and still didn’t apologize to me) to never receiving a voicemail back unless I call every few days to follow up and end up leaving an angry message. I’ve even had test results called to me that were incomplete and resulted in a MAJOR miscommunication.nnOverall, I’m very disappointed with this practice. I’m looking to find another option, but it seems having poor customer service is just the norm down here and there aren’t many OB/GYN practice (unless you are willing to drive to Raleigh or Charlotte).nnI will say I can get appointments, though I have to deal with rude and/or incompetent staff sometimes. I can get test results, but I have to make sure I know exactly what they are for so I can confirm with the person calling and then get any follow-ups I need. I know I can get a hold of someone if I’m willing to just keep trying/calling.nnIt’s just a shame that the office manager/practice lead doesn’t seem to care as much about the level of customer service.

From the reviews I read online, I gave this place a chance and didn’t even get into the back before walking out. The lady at the front desk was non professional, not even a “good morning” or “how are you”. As we previously talked twice on the phone, she didn’t once say I had to bring cash as a payment for my office visit, as she proceeded to get nasty with me “Informing me” that she told me on the phone... not once did she let me know prior to my appointment time or else I would of found a bank to get the money from. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and your patient experience starts from the front desk. Not a very good experience. As I said before, I read the online reviews and tried to give this place a chance, but never again.

I am new to the area and was referred by my new physician. I called to verify an appointment and there was a mix up in appointments within facilities. (I had no idea there was more than one facility) Once the referral is approved by my insurance, they call to schedule the appointment. All I know is that Pinehurst Womens Clinic is in Pinehurst and that's where my appointment was set for. The lady that answers the phone is very rude, unprofessional, and should not be working in the medical field. She is just awful! I have never experienced such lack of compassion with anyone working in this field. The doctor at the other facility ended up getting on the phone with me and talking to me for 15 minutes and was very helpful and considerate. He asked if I could actually come to the office in Rockingham. Its just too far to drive for me. Now I have to find another GYN. I refuse to get care somewhere that has people working for them that treats their patients like that. AWFUL!

I was confused from start to finish the doctor was the only one there. It was very different from what I’m use to for a yearly check up.

i wasnt sure if this was the clinic I had a appointment at, being that I was new to the area, the front desk lady was rude and very unprofessional, black dog came from the back , to the front and started braking at me. the worst women clinic I've seen around.
