First let me say that the nurses here are wonderful. Front desk staff is appallingly rude. Therapists are not equipped to provide adequate mental health care for any condition besides substance abuse. The prescribing psychiatrists are condescending and flat out do not listen to their patients. To summarize if you struggle with anxiety, significant depression, or a personality disorder, for your own mental health and well being, just find somewhere else to go for help. Daymark will only make things worse, waste your time, and then charge you for it.

I love the nurses and the therapist I worked with. I had been going for awhile until the front desk changed. Since then the person has been extremely rude and lacking basic kindness. I have difficulty to begin to ask for help to speak to a therapist in the first place. For the past year I have been trying to reach out and each time it feels so off. I would rather avoid that place. I refrain from going through the front door anymore. Tried calling today, and it was a blunt exchange again.

FRONT DESK IS RUDE AS HELL AND THEY ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND FOR ANYONE THAT IS HAVING A LIFE CRISIS OR THAT JUST NEEDS THERAPY!!! MY MIND IS BLOWN

Great therapist and clinicians who love their clients. They have an ACTT team as well.
