Dr.Brackman yelled at my 80 year old grandma for asking the same questions each time she would come in. No elderly person should receive that type of treatment.

I’ve experienced better customer service at fast food restaurants. The inability of our provider to provide quality service in a timely manner is prevalent. Even something as simple as sending an electronic prescription becomes a 4 1/2 hour ordeal. That’s not an exaggeration. Do you think that when you outline where you would like to pick up your prescription at, commonsense would tell you that that’s where you should send it. But no…Apparently they know better.nnIn our family we don’t ask much of those who provide a service in exchange for currency. Simply do your job, nothing more nothing less. If you go above and beyond, great. If not, at least maintain some form of a standard in which that we can all agree is acceptable. I would highly recommend that this medical home be avoided.

The care we received from Dr. Mays at the Endocrinology clinic was excellent, my problem was his accommodation to include family in his patient's care during Covid. Understanding that I would not be able to come to my husband's appointment, I had called his office previously in the week asking if I would be able to join a conference call during the exam, which I was assured I would possible. The day of the exam my husband called me and as soon as Dr. Mays entered the room my husband was asked to hang up the phone. Being an ICU nurse, I respect the fact that I cannot come to the appointment, however, on MANY occasions I have had to get creative to include my patient's family in their care. I felt that the same respect was not shown to me today.

Dont call them! They never answer the damn phone! Also, the nurse that took my blood, damaged a nerve in my arm. Ive had arm pain for two weeks now and Ive only been once!!!

I have hospital phobia and the staff made me feel calm and cared for. I had a colonoscopy and didn't remember a thing !! Dr Williams and her staff were excellent !
