I had to see Dr. David F. Martin for some GI issues.nnScheduling was easy, I waited less than 10 minutes and sat in the room for less than 5 minutes after seeing the nurse.nnDr. Martin spent 30 minutes in the room with me, going over symptoms, questions on my diet, lifestyle, problem areas, etc. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.nnHe wanted to do an upper endoscopy and was he explained the entire procedure and followed up the next day to make sure I was doing well.nnIf you need a G.I., look no further!

Most Horrible place Ive been to insofar as communication . Everytime 30 plus minutes on hold, and 1 out of 3 times the call just drops.nMost unprofessionalnI, and my insurance company pay A Lot to these people, and they can't even get a telephone right . . how do I expect the phlebotomist, or even the doctor to be of higher standard.nI cannot . It's just another 'health' farm .. but this one sucks even worse on communication

Absolutely can't stand this place or any of the drs. I HAVE SEEN HERE.nI keep trying new drs thinking its just that one...the staff, billing, and every dr. Has been horrible. They charge without telling you...give u tests you don't need misdiagnose and have horrible bed side manner!!! Avoid at allllll costs!

This is not a review of care, but a review of operations. I have had tons of difficulty with the simple task of making an appointment here. Not only is the wait time long to get through to the appointment line, but once you are there you are often sent over to the secretary of whatever doctor you are trying to make an appointment with. The issue with that is, you are typically sent to voicemail from there and then you have to wait for a callback. If you are a manager here, call your own customer service number. The line cracks and pops like an old radio.
