Surgery Center of Pinehurst

The experience as a family member was amazing. I appreciated the care of the full surgery team. From beginning to end, we were received with kindness and affection care. Dr. Washington and his team were amazing!!! I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I just had surgery there this past week, what unbelievable great service I received. It started with check in with very knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff and the guarding of your privacy is paramount. We only waited a few minutes before our number was called (privacy) to be taken to the pre op room where I spoke to the anesthesiologist and then my surgeon before being taken to the operating room.After greeting my surgeon I don't remember much during my 2 hr surgery except waking up in the recovery room with the nurse asking me what I wanted to eat and drink and then after about 45 minutes helping me to get dressed before discharge. This was my first surgery ever and it was a very pleasant experience. BTW the who place is spotless in every detail.

I hardly ever write reviews for places but I had such a great experience at Pinehurst Surgical and the Surgery center that I feel like people should know how great these two places are. I came to the surgery center yesterday for my first ever surgery. I had Dr Stokes, who did an AMAZING job. Every single person from my nurses and my anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable and assured I would have a great surgery. My recovery nurse, Brittany was so sweet to me And went out of her way to make sure I was recovering well. For anyone who is considering a surgery, I highly recommend coming here.

Where do I start?! This place is amazing and I will fight to have any surgery we may need here. They are diligent and efficient. The reception staff was amazing. Kind and caring. Made you feel like family. The surgical team did not treat us like a number, Like just another procedure. They all answered questions and reassured us. They even called me mid surgery to update me since it took longer than they anticipated. I normally end up writing bad reviews because the medical field has lost its empathy and it’s all bottom line now. But not here. Please trust your care to this center. You won’t regret it.

Very professional and friendly staff, they took great care of us. Excellent clean facility with amazing medical personnel. They even pre-warm the blankets before they put them on you! So thoughtful! They really are concerned about your comfort and care. They are also fast, no long waits and everyone was hustling but not rushing. Compared to the medical facilities I have gone to in Fayetteville, this is like a five star hotel to Fayettevilles motel six surgical clinics. There is a status board in the lobby so you can see how your friend is progressing and there is a complimentary coffee bar in the lobby also. Overall great experience, I would highly recommend.
