Got appointment promptly and everyone from the front desk to imaging was so professional and nice. All the providers have given my family excellent care over the years and again just recently. Thanks!

Been going here for well over a decade. Dr. Lam, Julia, and the rest of the staff have always been friendly, attentive, and very professional. They've taken good care of me over the years and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Thank you for the opportunity to express my feelings about Pinehust Family Care. I have been with them for soooo many years and i have no plans of ever finding another Family Care or Medical center. With Pinehurst Family Care everyone is so nice, they make you feel like you are family. And believe me, it is a big help when you are in need of medical assistance. My doctor is Dr. John Jameson, as i have mentioned, i have been with for many years. In my opinion, he is the best. He is one that understands me and what is best for me. He totally explains the situation and what options i may have. And what is most important to me... he has never been wrong. Next... with all due respect, may i say a few words about his nurse... Carol Anne. One really nice person, beautiful in all regards. With each and every doctor visit, i so much look forward to seeing her. She just has a personality that makes you feel like you are family one you can open up to. Next... and i cannot leave a complement without saying with heart filled love... YEA! ... Heather is back. She has returned to her position as receptionist up at the front desk. And with the same... all due respect, i do not mind saying... I missed you. And hope to see you each time i am there... at Pinehust Family Care.nnOver all, in closing, because i have taken up a lot of time. Pinehurst Family Care has so many beautiful people that work there. I have just mentioned a few that i come in contact with. There are so many that i have not mentioned. Never verified my appointment or confirmed my insurance. They now charged me 75$ for a no show. I’m new to NC. They could have informed me there was a charge for a missed appointment and they could have alerted me that the appointment time was actually scheduled. They told me to call back to verify insurance!!!!
