My experience has been great. Receptionist are very friendly and kind. Kelly King is terrific, she is understanding, thorough, very flexible and truly listens to your concerns. She is very accommodating and works with you towards an agreeable treatment.

I just want to say that while in the hospital for depression that Dr Jerry’s was awesome and I felt he knew what he was doing so I moved from Carolina Behavior to First Health and have been satisfied since then...I really need to see him because things are at an all time bad. It’s time to change med’s, thank God I see him in a few weeks, way to long as I am getting worse and worse. I feel he will find and decide what we need to do. I have 100% trust in him. Thanks Dr Jerry’s!!

He’s a condescending jerk. 30 minutes with him and he ruined my career. The things he has told the board of nursing are impossible for me to do as there’s no place near me. Tells me doesn’t matter what he says they’re going to major a decision, yet what he said is what they’re saying I have to do. I wouldn’t send ANYONE to him.

I had an unpleasant experience with this facility my counselor was fantastic tho, but my doctor was to busy to focus on all her patients. I would make my appointments after work would drive 1:30 mins for only 10-15 mins sessions with my doctor when the appointments from the beginning of treatments should be 30-45 mins. I had an anxiety attack I called the facility and my doctor never reached out to me. I was throwing my money down the drain.

The office in Rockingham is operated professionally, although I have visited the Pinehurst clinic as well--also a very well managed location. I have had to call occasionally due to depression or panic. It would take a while to get through to someone, but if you leave a message they will call you back. My psychiatric nurse practitioner and my therapist are always helpful. I feel very fortunate to receive such high quality of care in a time when so many others with mental illness do not have access to the resources they desperately need.
