Doctor Walker saved my father’s life. He had an infection on and around the plate in his head that was put there 50 years ago. Doctor Walker and Matthew have been awesome. Each of the staff members have been incredibly supportive.

I was under the care of this facility for over a year and had two back surgeries during this time, both on the same herniated disc.nDr. Affrick comes off as arrogant and condescending instead of trying to work towards a solution. I do not feel like she prioritizes actual patient care or works with her colleagues very well. If I end up needing another back surgery in the future, I will seek another facility.

I received a call from Stephanie to change the date and location of my appointment. I was thrilled because it was sooner. Stephanie gave me the address of the new location in Sanford. Stephanie went over what’s needed for the appointment. She said to bring my MRI CD & report. I show up for the appointment, and there’s no record of the date change. My travel time is 2 hours, and all I get is sorry. There are major scheduling issues so be aware.

Dr. Africk did a remarkable job with my recent back surgery!ud83dude42 She is a very kind and compassionate doctor and gave me the best care possible. I will be quick to refer anyone to her. The whole staff, from the front end receptionist to the lady you speak to when you check out, are top notch. They made me feel like I was most important.ud83dude42 I will never forget my experience with them.

Don't walk - RUN away from this totally inept staff and facility. I was referred by the Veteran's hospital. I had to wait over a month just to get an appointment. When I arrived I was informed that my appointment was a week earlier and I had missed it. I presented them the appointment card they sent and they were forced to see me. However then the Dr. said that my consult was for Thoracic but my pain was Lower back. The doctor told me that I he needs more paperwork authorizing lower back. I asked if his office would handle that he said no. I called community care at the VA hospital and they faxed the forms to the office. But when I called First Health back then the story changed to I need different paperwork. So I called community care back and they said everything that First Health needs is in the paperwork that was faxed and that First Health has problems reading directions. I have been in pain of over two months and this doctor seems to not care for helping veterans.
