This is my first time visiting this hospital. I am truly impressed. I have never been to a hospital that was this clean and well kept. So many pleasant , helpful people. Marble countertops in restrooms. Floor to ceiling tile in restrooms, clean, clean. Heaven forbide I ever need surgery or treatment again, this will be where you can find me.CEO great job!!! Mrs.Grace , the surgical waiting room volunteer is awesome. She was so attentive to everyone! Kept us all informed. Thank you!

The fourth floor girls first shift and second shift were so great. My mom was in there eight days and then passed away but The girls went above and beyond what they had to do they were very nice to my mom, they take very good care of her and we’re very nice to me. I appreciate everything that they did. Thank you girls !!! I will never forget how good you were to me and my mom !!!! ud83dudc95. Greta Nooe

A very caring and compassionate crew representing, in my view, the best of what you want to see and feel when a family member is in crisis. I stayed over night with my brother and the care was all that the family could have asked for. Thank you team ICUB.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother went in this previous week for a stent for her heart. The customer service was absolutely hideous as well as the empathy for the patients. My mother felt very unwanted and very uncared for. They made a point to say they were ready to go home, the nurse dropped a piece of the blood pressure cord that was attached to my moms arm, my mom had a hard time picking it up due to just having a stent threaded and she told the nurse she couldnt get it. The nurse told her to use the other arm. My Aunt asked for a pillow to put under my moms arm amd very loudly the nurse screamed no they dont have extras and she wasnt taking it from an empty bed. My mother is a Military dependant. My mothers surgery was at 9 am. They didnt take her back until after noon. They didnt put her out. Gave her nothing for the pain afterwards. We are now calling Tricare to let them know of the horrible experience we had! NEVER GO THERE!!!!!
