This facility was particularly accommodating to me during this pandemic. Staff were very nice and helpful. I appreciate these staff members for the work they do while being nice, helpful and sympathetic.
Went in for shoulder pain and the doctors were incredible in and out very professional and curtious would recommend you go there quicker than mcdonald's
Excellent registration, customer service, cleanliness, and xray technologist was wonderful. Highly recommend this hospital.
If it was possible I would rate this hospital no stars I have a knee injury, I had to wear a boot and carry crutches and my clothes in a bag and not one single damn staff member offered to help me carry it to the lobby and I have a injured shoulder so you can see how hard it was to carry everything on my own I was standing at the front desk looking like a deer in headlights one hospital I hope they got to close down due to how poorly their service is.
I dont know who's worse,this hospital or Cape Fear..If you're not literally on your death bed,dont come here.It will take HOURS FOR YOU TO GET SEEN! Came here after a car accident (the other person being a fault) causing me to have a headache after the accident.Been waiting for 4 hours and going!
