Lillington Medical Services - Duncan Street

Had some issues with my appointment at first but they fixed it and worked me in. I see the female doctor and my husband sees the man. Dr Sloan.is great and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

The office building and some equiptment is a bit out dated, however the Doctors, office staff, and nurses are very knowledgeable, polite and caring. Our entire family is seen here and age range from infant to adult and the Doctors are great with all of us.

Dr. Briggs is our family doctor and has cared for our children since birth. He and his staff are friendly and treat you like you are the only person in the world while you are in his office. Never have I felt rushed! Dr. Briggs has always listened to my concerns and has always treated my kids they way I believe he would have treated his own. As a mom, I appreciate his sensitivity, and most of all I appreciate that he still takes the time to look things up or call a colleague to seek advice when needed. We love him!

Both my husband and I became new patients at this office; did not like that it took 4 weeks for me and 6 weeks for my husband to have our 'established' visit; however Dr. Sloan was wonderful. She was friendly and we talked about everything I wanted to talk about on our first visit; they have called a few times to check on the new medications; they seem to really care about us. Nurses were not rude nor was the lady at the front desk at check in - check out lady was different but she could just have been having a bad day. Would defiantly recommend this office to others.

I feel like they actually listen to me and take me seriously. Fast and quick responses.
