Easily obtained an appointment. Had a virtual visit to get acquainted with my Doctor. Their Gastonia location is perfect for me. Doctor was friendly and eager to get started with my treatment.

Dr. Brian Garrett is amazing! I’m a hypochondriac and very worried about my health and he set my anxieties at ease and helped explain everything to me and treated me with such respect. It’s hard to find doctors who truly care but thankful I was referred to him!

The Google address is incorrect. The correct address is 2550 Court Drive Suite 202 Gastonia, NC 28054.nIn the COURTVIEW Professional building on the backside of the building. Next to the Levine Children's Specialty

IF you are paying for services out of pocket, BEWARE. The prices in this office are three and four times higher than other clinics providing the same services. They do NOT discount their prices like other offices for CASH PAYING customers. (Every other office I have dealt with discounts 50% to 80% for cash, this office only discounts 30%.) ASK FOR THE PRICES BEFORE YOU ALLOW THEM TO TREAT YOU. Their prices are so much higher, you will be paying more for their service with their discount than you would if you paid others full price. You will not have much luck getting anyone from the billing dept on the phone and when you do they cannot answer any questions regarding your charges. They DO NOT provide you with an itemized bill unless you ask for it. I was charged $1387.00 for an echo-cardiogram. They discounted it 30%. I paid $970.90. The exact same test performed at Gaston Memorial Hospital and at Caromont Medical Group was billed at $404.00 discounted 50%. I paid $202.00 for the same test. I am fully aware we are in a free market and prices will fluctuate. But usually it's due to geographic location and associated with cost of living, office rent, etc. These three offices are within 500 yards of each other, no real explanation why their prices are so much higher. Unable to provide any pricing information in the office or on the phone. Took multiple phone calls, on hold in excess for over 20 minutes, only to be eventually forwarded to an answering machine. Left multiple messages on the phone and in person for office manager to contact me. NO ONE HAS AS OF THE DATE OF THIS POST. I did finally talk to a billing supervisor that informed me that under no circumstance would the price be changed. He said he would have someone from management contact me. Several people before him have said the same thing...I bet I still never hear from anyone. The reason I asked for an itemized bill in the first place was two fold. First, to see if there were other things I was being charged for other than the echo-cardiogram. Second, to see if they in fact charged me for a contrast agent I was given during the test. I had a sever negative reaction to the contrast agent. I have been having on going side effects ever since. I wanted to be sure it was documented. As I suspected, there is no mention of the contrast agent on the bill. Sometimes it's not what they are billing, but what they are omitting and why. I believe it to be simply a case of CYA.
