The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because zero and negatives are not an option. My husband was treated in the hospital by them. They requested a follow-up visit. I had to call his primary doctors everyday for 6 straight days to get authorization per the receptionists request. Finally got approval and went to the appointment, at which point this receptionist argued with us and told us since my husbands care was from the VA, they would never consider seeing him in the office. Exact opposite of what she told us on the phone. I feel like a blood infection is a very serious issue. And the antibiotics they gave to treat him have some very serious side effects. He is a veteran of the US Army. He should be treated with some respect and not looked at as a dollar sign!!

The staff are very friendly and polite. The Dr takes time with you

I was referred to Dr Nesky about 5 months ago. When I was seeing him it was very convenient to make appointments based on his scheduled. I have needed to see him about 5 times since then and he is never in the office or never can see me since he works 2 weeks there is at the hospital 1 week and on vacation 1 week. I called today to make an appointment and the rude lady that answered the phone had the nerve to ask me why I was calling at 230 to make an appointment really lady. Because I need to see a dr. I mean really ??? NOT TO MENTION WHEN I HAVE DROPPED OFF MY PEE SAMPLE he has done nothing like he has said to help my problem but keep calling in antibiotics that I guess he wants to give me some my c diff will come back. He has not been preventative at all on the meds much less checking my chart to see what I am on and what he needs to give me. I guess this would be why there is no one ever in his office and I will never be back in there again. And to the rude lady at the front desk you need to find a job to suite you more because your not good with helping the sick.

Had the absolute best experience at this facility!!! Dr. Nesky is phenomenal!!!!
