Thankful DR Hunter sent my dad to this office. They were all very professional & kind. My dad has dementia & it’s painful to see him in so much pain. I saw a review that said the office was unprofessional because they couldn’t get scheduled after 5 calls. I answered my phone after the lady called me once because my dad is important & I wanted him taken care of as quickly as possible. I had no problems getting through when I called a few days ago. I guess it’s about your priorities & if you’re in pain. The injection my dad got helped his pain. Brought him in today & the lady at the desk helped him to the restroom & was so nice. The other lady took him for his injection was also so kind. The doctor was very easy for dad to talk to. Over all we had a great experience & felt very well taken care of. I would recommend this office to my family & friends.

This is where my back surgeon sent me to have my nerve block a couple weeks ago an I found this to be a very clean sterile office. The staff was very professional and helpful in explaining the procedure to me and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this place to my own family members. While I’m awaiting my surgery date within a couple of weeks even tho the nerve block is temporary it does provide great relief even if only for a couple of days therefore I’m scheduled for another one this week. Wednesday

They take very very good care of my Husband and myself. The staff and our docs are very caring and concerned. I see Dr Emily Rayfeild and my husband sees Dr D'more. I am thankful to God for finally sending to a Pain Care center that really cares!!!ud83dudc96ud83dudc96ud83dudc96ud83dudc96

Very, very difficult to get an appointment, even with a referral. I've called on 5 separate occasions (after returning their call), left various options for them to choose from, and have gotten no where. If you call too late in the day, they do not call back until days later. Very unprofessional. I'd like to rate the effectiveness of the doctors, but cannot get past the appointment desk!
