They make you jump through hoops to be approved for plasma donation. I came there twice, wasting time and gas, to be told that I have to be approved by their doctor even though my doctor gave the approval for me to donate. I guess they really don't need the donations as badly as I thought.

From start to finish every was extremely helpful and polite. It was also a very neat and organized facility. 10/10!

GRIFOLS IN GASTONIA EXCEEDS ALL OTHER GRIFOLS CENTERS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD THEY ARE PERSISTENT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

This center is clean and the staff is friendly (sometimes). Only issue I have is the lack of staff and the wait times. On multiple occasions I have had to wait in the chair for 10-20 minutes before I even get stuck to begin giving plasma. Same for when I am finished with the whole process, I have to sit in the chair and wait for 10-20 minutes before someone comes over to finish the plasma donation process so I can leave and go about my day. I have been to 2 other centers and can say their processes are much quicker getting in and out. They had adequate staffing and their set up process was much faster. I was in and out in an hour or less.. I can tell by all the scanning, seconds(2nd set of eyes ensuring it is set up properly) their set up the process is more tedious than other centers. I like the center and will encourage others to come donate plasma to this facility.

Love the staff here! Always courteous, and kind. Very knowledgeable and efficient. And I'm amazed at the 'happy work place environment' demonstrated at Grifols Gastonia.
