MedAccess Urgent Care - Youngsville

Very clean, checked in online and didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

My doctor was Justin. I had a cyst on my back and he was awesome. Very efficient and way cheaper than the ER. Justin covered all the bases. Very personable as well. I would highly recommend this place over other Urgent Care facilities. I've been to three others. They're so helpful and personable. Thanks Justin!

Don’t waste your time coming here, there is NOTHING urgent about this place and you’re better off going to an ER or going to a different walk-in clinic. Karen at the desk is EXTREMELY rude along with Dr. Justin Bordeaux. Called many times for additional information over 3 days. Left multiple messages and finally got a call back after I left a message of how frustrated I was. Never actually got to talk with the doctor after I was told he would call me back.

I got double billed and no one can explain it to me or help me with my bill. Do not got here if you pay out of pocket - they will double bill you. I am now seeking help from the NC Attorney General and BBB!

Either they are permanently closed or they don't answer phones. the only options when you call are to enter an extension if you know it already or leave a voice mail and then it hangs up on you.
