Great service! Always willing to answer any of my questions, fix any quarks and take the time to measure my feet and get me the best fitting boot. Neil was able to order me a custom tailored boot to my specifications in a timely manner. Plus, it's a cool little shop, local business and good people. I highly recomend!

I walked in with a shoe that needed a new eyelet. I waited while the shop person finished with another person. I expected that I would need to drop off the shoe and pick it up another day. I showed the guy what the problem was and he took the shoe and put in a new eyelet while I waited. He charged me a very low reasonable charge. As I was about to leave he asked for the shoe back, he wanted to look at the eyelet on the opposite side of the shoe. He said that it is also coming loose, and took the shoe and replace the eyelet on the other side of the shoe and handed it back, saying now I am done with the shoe. All in all I was in the shop for about 15 - 20 minutes, got my shoe repaired, for a very reasonable price by a very nice gentleman. Thank you.
