Had a good selection of shoes,prices decent,but when I seen a pair of slippers I liked sitting on one of the benches, I picked it up, went up front and the lady attacked me when I was In line. “Those are sold” not I’m sorry for not putting up the shoes that I’m trying to collect from online sales and leaving them free for all, but she treated me like I did something wrong. She was the one who cant multitask and was rude. Then I see her telling a young man who had a mask on to stand behind line really rude when he was just trying to pay for his stuff, when she never asked anyone else to before him. They need to train their employees customer service, thank goodness the girl wearing glasses who was checking me out was sweet as pie and I’m thankful for, I wish I got her name to give her the only credit for hiring a great person the store has at the time I went .
Highly recommend went in with Sam he's such a great worker honest and explain everything about the rewards program
My 7 year old son burns through shoes and it nice to have a place that carries such a good selection of kids shoes. The displays are well organized and it is usually pretty simple to find what we are after. Come to think of it, we need a new pair of basketball shoes before tomorrow!
Went to buy shoes by myself and was practically stalked by the employees like I was going to steal. The old guy named Kevin was rude when I went to check out. Like sorry I’m not stealing? Don’t go in with a hoodie if you don’t want to be treated like a criminal.
Since all Famous Footwears are similar, you can count on this one to have what you got from another one. I like Nike Torch 4 athletic shoes. They had a good selection. Service was good too.
