Landmark Health

This company is so amazing, I knew nothing about them until I watched from a far as a patient was in need sitting in a hospital bed actually and wanting to go home but was in a bigger need than that. A gentleman named George worked vigorously to make sure all the information was accurate, a young lady name Lisa who worked quickly to send all of the info needed and a women by the name of Vera that this patient talked daily about and how each one of these 3 helped any time she needed it and she always knew she was in good hands with them. She called them her hero’s. This company as whole for what they do for patients are all hero’s. Like I said I sat back and watched all of this happen and listened to how well everyone worked with each other. I was not a part of the care I was only able to sit and watch in amazement. I hope to see more and people helped in this way. It made me look into what Landmark was and now I find myself telling people look up landmark all of the time. Like I said I just listened and watched from a far and got to talk with the patient so I hope I got everyone’s names right just so someone know there is a patient out there that thinks of you as their hero.

She came to my house without hesitation and make sure I was not in any immediate danger. She also followed up by calling me later that evening. Nice to know I have someone near by that knows my history and can give sound advice.

Landmark Health was a welcome addition to my husband's medical team. Dr.Eke was a great listener and helpful with his suggestions that were followed up by our primary care physician. They were very thorough in their follow up to some situations. The help and suggestions were greatly appreciated.

The home health nurse visit with me was good. He was courteous and I felt like the visit was very productive. I was checked over thourly as if I had been in the office of my primary doctor.
