Wonderful place, the best customer service ALWAYS! Doggies stopping by for treats, they help the Humane Society constantly and have found many homes for all the cats in their Search & Rescue Adoption Center, and it's a locally own business.... what's not to love.
All the staff is clearly passionate about the care and safety of household pets. Never made to feel stupid for the questions I have to ask and always happy to see the beautiful puppies coming in to get groomed. Very thankful that a town like Wenatchee is fortunate enough to have a stupendous store like Firehouse
Great place with so many wonderful items. Awesome natural, high quality food and treat brands, fantastic clothing and great toys. Seriously the best pet store I’ve been in EVER! Our little pup is a big fan of this place!
The owners and staff work hard to make sure you get what your specific pet needs as well as offering a wide assortment of high quality, made in America products. I love this place and feel blessed to have them as a local resource!!!!
The employees were very involved in the store and look to enjoy working there. Got a big ol' cat tree and Allen still offered delivery with it on an hour drive away. Sorry I didn't introduce the cats to you. :(
