Literally so confused how we ended up becoming number #30 in line after getting here at 8:45 am with only a few in front of us. It’s currently 12 pm and we are still waiting for a cotton swab in the nose. People literally do this stuff in DRIVE THRUS. I completely understand the need to sanitize but at this point it’s pure being slow. If you can’t handle the volume of people require an appointment, don’t just have it on the website that you don’t need one when you apparently do to be seen in any kind of timely manner.
Went in with back spasms. Was prescribed muscle relaxers and a gel. When I went to pick up scripts was told they were OTC. Tylenol extra strength for arthritis and a gel that could only be used on ankles, knees, elbows, and knees (positively not on a back). These did not help and left me still in pain and not knowing what I should do. Don't know if I will ever go back.
Have only had to go one time but the lady I saw was fantastic and very professional. She listened to everything I had to say and helped me to her best abilities. I would return if I needed to. Not a long wait at all!
My visit to RefMed in Batesville, MS was the smoothest medical treatment I have ever experienced. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, caring and knowledgeable. We were in and out In less than an hour, and that included waiting for x-ray results. Pretty awesome!
Nurse Practitioner Lacey, LPN Ayhuanna, MA Morgan are such amazing ppl. The receptionist are also amazing. I would recommend anyone there! Although we where in and out in no time Nurse Practitioner listened to my concerns for my sons, was very gentle and caring with both of them. My oldest son is only 3 but he loves Lacey! Keep up the great work!
