Dr Cara Morgan is so caring and understanding!
I keep receiving a bill for lab work but for some reason no one knows what I’m talking about. Even though I paid $25, the separate lab company (whoever it is) keeps sending me mail. No one can tell me who to call, explained 3x to front desk and they cut me off when I explain it. It was a mistake coming here. It truly was. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Great place to go. The NP on duty saved my life. I went in for one thing and she immediately sent me to the hospital after receiving results. Also The staff was very helpful and gave me tons of information.
This place is ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here. Been here for almost 2 hours got here early to fill out paperwork my appointment was at 10:30 and everybody that came in after me has been seen and left while they all stand around and talk about football. Please don’t come here
Denetta Parker, her nurse Buckner, and the receptionist Brandon are absolutely the best! They are caring, smart, compassionate. Ms Parker is thorough . She explains everything your plan of care. Ms Parker makes Family Healthcare a great place!
