I called the clinic because my son came home with a letter from his school saying he came into contact with someone who tested positive for Covid-19. I asked to bring him in for a test. They told me I couldn’t bring him because he didn’t have any symptoms! I then said, we’ll what if he’s a-symptomatic and has no symptoms! She says she’s just telling me what they told her! She then tells me to take him to the old farmers in Jackson to test him! I told her I didn’t know where that was and could I get the address! She tells me she don’t know the address!ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f I hate that place! This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience there but I can bet it’ll be the last!! I’m done! They need to be re-evaluated by the state to make sure their operating property because I’m sure they took their tests online!!

My things are the payments. I was told it’s 25.00 every time you see a doctor. I went to get my annual testing done and I thought I would only pay the 25.00 fee and that’s it. I received 2 different huge bills from this same company. No one ever told me that I would have to pay extra money for testing because I wouldn’t have even Came here. I would’ve went to my normal physician and waited on her. But I decided to come here which was a total mistake. And I will not be coming back. Let your future patients know that you guys charge a additional fee beforehand so that they won’t be stuck between a rock and a hard place ud83dude44nnUPDATE: Don’t ever come to this clinic. I still haven’t had my issue resolved and they keep transferring me from one line to the next. The only way I’m getting transferred is because no one is answering so I keep having to call front desk!!nnI’m on my third notice with this lab while no one is trying to handle this problem or take it seriously.

Call on 12-17_2020 and all doctors and nurse practitioner are all out and not accept no body whole week they should be ashamed to do this kind of mess to patient's when sick they need be shut down and the people are rude on phone when you call .it like they don't care and need be replaced by professional worker's guess they on strike cause covid and getting their vaccines

Due to my insurance, I was required to go to this clinic to get a referral to a specialist. I attempted to make the appointment within the same month I called. They were full and I was given an appointment 6 weeks later, but was told I could try for a walk-in slot. I waited for almost 2 hours on my appointment day and was finally seen and given my referral. I was told that it would take up to 48 hours to show in the system to get my referral appointment. After the 48 hour period, there still was no referral coded in the system. I called and after being passed through several representatives, I was told it was NEVER placed in the system. The representative then placed it in the system and it showed up immediately on my insurance portal. The clinic itself is very unorganized and has staff that seem unhappy to be employed there. After this appointment, I switched to a different clinic (Merit Health) within my insurance that was in Flowood and have not had an issue. Serious intervention needs to take place with this business. It makes me sad that patients are not priority. The outdated building and wait time could easily be better accepted by patients if excellent care and customer service were offered.
