Thanks Ashlyn- FAST food service - the kitchen was on point!n- great foodnnGood Friday, 2021nThere were so many people out and about shoppingnWe were given a 15 minute wait time by the host stand, but it was not that long. The host was so accommodating and friendly.nWhen we got to the table, Ashly appeared immediately to take drink orders and let us know that she would be providing EXCELLENT SERVICE today. She DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!nShe remembered all of our orders (without writing down), got everything correct, and was so sweet the whole time.nThe food expos were working hard and the kitchen got the food out in a timely manner.nThe food was hot and tasty, absolutely exactly what we were hoping for.nI guess, in this time of restaurants being short staffed, and short on supplies, we have all gotten used to having at least something to be disappointed in when we go to eat. But Applebee’s on Lakeland Drive is going above and beyond.nThanks for a great experience!!

Staff is wonderful, never had an empty cup. I tried their strawberry margarita frozen and omg it was amazing!!! We came a little after lunch time and it wasn’t busy so it was really nice. The food was hot and delicious. Highly recommend this Applebee’s! We will be back!

We was told it would be a 45 minute wait and about 5 minutes later received a text that my table was ready. ud83dudc4d We was seated @ 8:35 and made my order by 8:40. We didn't receive our food until 9:30. We didn't even receive an apology from the waiter or manger. The waiter didn't come back to our table until we called for him. I would understand if they was busy but they only had about 3 or 4 tables to serve totally. I am very disappointed at the service or lack of. I am at this location every other week when I come for my Dr. appointments and this is the worse service I ever had.

I've been using the online to-go orders recently from this Applebee's, and even though the wait time can get to about 10-15 minutes, the process was pretty easy. So if you're looking for a convenient way to enjoy Applebee's to-go, this place is the place to do that.
