Ordered off of a delivery service that the food is right from every other restaurant but not this Applebee’s. Requested things like ranch and did not get them. It is not hard to read a screen that has an order on it. Food was okay but would have been better if the stuff that was requested actually came with it.

My cousin and I order Applebee's on occasion. We enjoy it, usually. This time it was awful. My burger and fries were cold. My cousin's steak was cold. Very disappointed.

I've been ordering curbside pick up for a while now. Food is always good but half the time they forget the marinara for the cheese sticks. So make sure you ask for you condiment specifically and you should have a good experience.

Worst meal ever. Food came out cold. Advertised as creamy sauce, more like powdered milk. Service was not bad. If I had option to choose no stars that wiukd be my choice.
