Their sign says they are one of the top 10 seafood restaurants in Missouri. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better one. The food was outstanding. Worth the drive. We will DEFINITELY be back for more. Best crab cakes I've ever had.
-5 STARS.nI recently visited this restaurant with a couple of friends and the food was below average, to say the least. I ordered the catfish with coleslaw and fries. The fillets of catfish were sliced oddly into strips which made them dry and they were flavorless. They should have left them in the traditional style. This is the worst fish I have had. I was not informed they were out of coleslaw until I brought it to the attention of the waitress. My friend ordered a ribeye steak that was 50% fat and had little taste. Another friend ordered a hamburger and received a sort of pre-pattied burger on a stale bun. This issue on top of waiting 55 minutes to get the food was not a good visit. It is not with the wait or having an upset stomach afterwards.
Great atmosphere good food just A GOOD PLACE TO EAT
This place is a dive but has awesome food! The seafood is fresh and they have some specialties that you dont see anywhere else. Love it!
The food is terrific. The drinks are reasonable and tasty.The place is clean the staff is what keeps you coming back. Thanks guys we had the best night. Glad we stoped.
