I stopped by the store on 2/18 around 7:55 PM hoping to make a purchase only to find the doors locked and the open sign off when their hours are clearly stated they are opened until 9 PM. There was nothing about closing early on their doors or their website. Pretty frustrated I drove over 30minutes only to be left disappointed. I usually love the store and staff, however, this left a pretty bad taste in my mouth
Super clean, well merchandised, staff friendly, asked to help more than once. If your in to western wear you need to check it out. They have sales and clearance also.

As I do love this store. I showed up at 8pm to pick something up with my girlfriend for our 1 year and they were closed when they advertise their hours open till 9pm on the door and stated above. Very disappointed in them.
Found this Cavender's to be a very clean and big place. They had everything I could have imagined! A huge hat and boot selection. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I grabbed a new pair of Ariat boots and a Stetson. I will definitely visit on my return trip to Missouri!
