Realistically I'd give it a 2.5. They are crazy busy, usually understaffed and their selections for clothing and shoes are limited. The Puma and Under Armor stores are twice the size.
There was a long line because they still strongly enforce covid restrictions on capacity limits. In an open air mall with thousands of people walking around it all seem kinda pointless but whatever I didn't get to shop. The title says outlet but everything here in this mall is basically full price.
This store was awful. It was dirty, clothes off the rack and on the floor, shoes all over the floor and out of the boxes. It was very trashy. The staff was just standing around chatting. I used to like going in there and went there to shop but it was horrible. I definitely would not recommend.
