It was a normal spaghetti factory experience. We were lucky enough to be able to sit in the train car. The food was OK. Our cheesy bread was burned. :( I received my food very cold. Cold as if it had been in a fridge. I asked them to take it back and it came out much better.nOur server was very nice but she wasn't a good server. She never came back to check on us. In fact her coworker more less just threw our refills on the table and left. I hope they get someone in there who is friendly and knows how to keep customers happy.

The service was good, but the food is terrible. It's small portioned with a large price and bland. I sent both the dishes I ordered back. I enjoyed the cheesecake but that's about it and will not be returning. Make your own assessment if you wanna go.

Despite the restrictions imposed based on COVID-19, The Old Spaghetti Factory in Chesterfield, Missouri, is doing a fantastic job with its service and food quality. Their commitment to excellence has remained intact no matter the special circumstances we are facing these days. Great food, great atmosphere. Hats off to The Old Spaghetti Factory.

Up until now I love spaghetti factory but since they want to limit my time to ear to 9o min we want be back.

Even though it is a chain, each location seems unique! Pasta, salad, and bread are top notch...and it includes ice cream (go for the Spumoni)!!
