We like Walnut grill and have been at several of their locations. There are two stories here though. First the food is consistently presented well and the quality fresh tasting. They do charge a higher price for similar food and drink as other local places. The service is where they seem to lack. It's not bad it's just not at the level you would expect for a place that charges more and for how well they do their food.

The food was mediocre and the service...well, it left alot to be desired. It took 2 hours from the time we arrived at the restaurant -that wasn't busy- before we got a plate of food. The server continued to be asked to bring things and just didn't return with them.nWe waited 20 minutes for the server to bring our check AFTER we had to ASK FOR IT.nManagement was 5 star but some more experienced staff would be welcomed.

Great food, a little pricey to be honest.nWaitress did pretty much nothing but take the order and gave me the check.nI had to ask for water and utensils half way through the meal, someone else because my Waitress was nowhere to be found.

Good food, friendly service. I will be back! I recommend the Cobb salad and the fish sandwich with sweet potato fries!

We were seated immediately, at an unclean table and then we were ignored for about 20 minutes... And that was with us trying to get someone's attention to ask where our server was. Even the manager ignored us. After finally getting someone's attention we were told our server would be over in a minute. It took probably another five and she said she didn't know we were in her section... When she had just served the table behind us, the table in front of us, and had made eye contact with us.nnFood was okay, $15 for a burger though... which they got wrong. I asked for nothing on it but pickles and got the entire garden, except for pickles. The burger also came blackened to a charred crisp. It was completely inedible and the fries were hard as rocks. I'm not exaggerating. I banged them against my plate, they made the loudest noise and didn't even chip. Pepsi products (I prefer Coke).nnThey're not even busy. I can't find an excuse for this.nnThis place is horrible.
