They are very polite and worked with my busy schedule to get my baby in only a few days after I called. I dropped my baby off and she was finished in 45 minutes. When I picked her up she looked so good and even had cute little bows and a matching bandanna. She was not nervous or scared when I picked her up which I've had problems with other groomers. They only take cash but that's not a big deal most places around here are the same. Will definitely be going back while in the area.
when we arrived for our appointment, the doors were locked & the lights were off. when they finally called us, they told us they were out to lunch & would return soon. 15 minutes after our appointment time, they took our dog back. it then took 6 hours for them to call & say our 20 pound dog was done. after the deshedding treatment, we were told that he shouldn’t shed significantly for another week, as several chunks of hair floated off his body into the parking lot. he’s also covered in bites of some kind. i can’t tell if they’re flea bites, bedbug bites, or something else, but he definitely didn’t have them before he went here. only giving 2 stars bc his haircut looks good & he smelled clean.
Miss JoAnn and Theresa did a wonderful job on our pups haircut. The only place we can honestly go to because he just will not sit still for anyone else lol.

Prices are great she done a fantastic job with all 3 of my dogs ... I actually used petsence for a year an half before I tried this place an I will never go back to petsense ... not that petsence does bad but I was paying like 170$ for 3 dogs who are small I have a yorkie shitzu forche. 8lb 18lbs 21lbs ... I basically save almost 100$ going to this lady an they come out so cute !!!
