If you want great food and great customer service, go to this BWW location. I would highly recommend the cashier named Anthony. I came in for a pickup order and I was amazed. Anthony welcomed us in to the restaurant and made sure that we where taking care of. The cashier that helped us tonight was Anthony. Anthony greeted us when we arrived and walked us through the menu concept. He helped us make choices and recommended good combinations based on our tastes. Popular choices were shared as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the food and the authenticity and complexity of the tastes. Anthony made sure that the order was correct and he made sure that we got everything that we needed. What a respectful and wonderful young man. He has very great customer service skills. We will definitely go back, especially because of Anthony's customer service and the great tasting buffalo wings.
After being seated immediately we ordered and 40 min later we finally got our food. After others that arrived and ordered after us. Not a single item we ordered was hot or fresh. Our food was so hard to eat and we ordered boneless chicken wings.. I was so disappointed that I didn't want to make a scene.. But maybe I should have. We paid 75 bucks for cold nasty food. So wish I could have had a discount or even get my money back. I would expect. Something like this in jail but not so much like this experience. I would expect this service and quality of food from a prison mess hall. I will expect a reply.. But do something besides apologize. We work our butts off to come enjoy dinner there ans WASTED our MONEY..
Melissa z. Was the best server I’ve had here since they opened this location. Very friendly, speedy service, kept my drinks filled. They got my food out quick and it was hot and fresh! This girl deserves a raise because she knows what she is doing! After tonight I will most Def be coming back! She has changed my opinion of the place 180!
Have not visited this location in over a year because of the terrible service and food quality. Tonight’s visit totally changed my opinion on this restaurant.The restaurant was not only clean but the service was exceptional and the quality of food was fantastic. Food was delicious and delivered in a timely manner. Thank you to our experienced and professional server Melissa, and of course the kitchen staff Carl and Will. Kendall R. was a phenomenal waitress! She has a great attitude, kept up with our drinks and had food out promptly! This was my 1st experience at this particular BWW and I will be back wanting KENDALL as my waitress!! You're one in a million Kendall, thanks for making our evening incredible!!!!
