Jay R was amazing! He handled everyone in the store respectfully and enthusiastically. He answered questions as people came in so they didn’t have to wait too long. He patiently worked with me and was helpful with two follow up issues later. He clearly loves what he does. His enthusiasm was contagious. I’d give him more stars if I could!

I can’t compliment Jay R enough on our experience. He was knowledgeable, charismatic, professional, and so pleasant to work with...even on what was an obviously busy chaotic evening. He stayed late, took the time to make sure he answered every single question, and didn’t let us leave until everything was perfect. He was the best representative we’ve dealt with since we’ve been Verizon customers over the years. We can’t sing his praises enough. This store is so fortunate to have him on their team, I know we’re grateful for by chance coming in on his shift!
Jay-R is the go to guy! They were so busy when I went in to purchase my iPhone 12 Pro Max, but he still took the time to treat each customer the same, meeting everyone’s needs and wants. He made sure to thank me multiple times on being so patient, but I think he’s the one who deserves a thank you! Super amazing!
JR at Verizon was absolutely phenomenal! He showed customer service from the time I walked into the door until the time I walked out. Even with running the location independently and having multiple customers, he still remained patient, friendly and helpful. I appreciate his kindness, his willingness to assist and his warm spirit.
