I am more than disappointed with the attention and service at this local store. I have, for years believed in ‘shopping local’ but today’s service will cause me never to return to this establishment. Having purchased an HP ink cartridge recently and finding it defective it was returned to the store for a replacement. This the owner refused to do, saying that the issue would have to be taken up with the manufacturer. I am more than sure that a company such as Staples would have been helpful with this regard. Their reputation and business success depends on good customer relationships, something that Town Stationers does not seem to recognize. I hope others will be treated with more assistance and respect especially for items as pricey as this.
I am so sorry to see this place go! I could always find what I needed there.
